Everyone has their own story.
Sometimes, when things are going well, we like our story, we feel in control and confident to write the next chapter.
At other times it can feel like we are not really living in our own story at all, like it’s out of our control and someone else is in the driving seat.
The only thing that has really changed is that we are feeling less than resourceful, and this is where coaching comes in because coaching is about helping you to tap back into you own resourcefulness by helping you to get past whatever is blocking the way forward.
Phobia, Self-limiting beliefs, Self- sabotage, Old emotions that belong in the past, Stress, Anxiety and Burnout are just some of the reasons why people have come to me for coaching. Every issue has a solution and coaching can help you to find it.
Whether you are struggling to achieve your personal goals or finding yourself anxious, stressed or “stuck” there are coaching techniques to help you.
What can you expect from working with me?
The first thing we do is have a chat, over a coffee if possible, and decide if it makes sense for us to work together.
When we’ve decided to go ahead, we will schedule a meeting. This session can be face to face or on Skype or Zoom depending on where you are, and we begin the coaching process.
We agree actions to be taken before any subsequent sessions as required. Sometimes one session is all you need, and the aim is always to improve your resilience and self-reliance.
What I expect from you
